We decided to eat here because we wanted to see what the whole hype was about. It was our first time to eat here and it'll be the last. At first, the woman who made our order asked us what we wanted, and when we told her she acted as if she hadn't heard us and would rudely strike the meat on the cutting board again. We ordered three of the 12.99 meals. When I paid for it, the Lord who was in the register was very rude. He said that the total amount was over $55, to which I asked him to clarify why and he even more respectful with me said that I ordered meat so that add to the price. However, I only order pancakes for a meal for which I paid well, but the other two meals had NO cut meat in them and he still wanted to charge me for them anyway. He wouldn't hear what I asked, be rude. It doesn't end when we came home to eat everything was cold and we didn't even get the right meat we asked. Total came to over $55 if it should be about $39 plus taxes. DONT is wasting your time with this place, unless you want to be spoken with very respectless and waste your money on food you have not ordered. There are WAY better BBQ seats than these.

The people who work there are nice to treat. Food is great. I love her pulled pig. I have a big preordered order.

So my family ordered the pickup, and when my sister picked up the order and was almost at the door, an employee made her an rude comment. For 1 your cook do not wait staff and delivery. Your job as a cook is to cook and usually you don't get any tips. For 1 not greedy. Get a better job. Second, if you need to comment not get a tip, then it shows how low class you must be.

Love the food! BBQ ribs are so delicate with amazing taste! The baked beans are delicious and the baked potato salad is the best!
