Subway Sandwich Salads - Okemos

I have never had a more welcoming underground experience. Liam was friendly, helpful, and genuinely eager to ensure I had a good time. Thank you for this positive experience; it's increasingly rare in today's food service industry.

The worker was super nice. And she helped me to order online through the app. The subs were good too. My only complaint is that there is never enough meat.

I am a big fan of Subway, always get the veggie sandwich in the Italian herb and cheese bread. This experience was a little different. Someone stole my first sub off the counter. They were looking for it and asked the store if someone took a sub, a lady and a teen raised there hands and said we took it. No apologies at all, the clerk quickly made another one and have it to me. Very odd experience.

Wow! love this subway. Happened to be in the area, and I was so thrilled with the cleanliness and the politeness of the staff. Accommodated my son's dairy allergy so well, and never made me feel like a bother.

Exceptional service! I ordered a party board with five subs and dozens of cookies for a March Madness party. I arrived nearly 30 minutes early due to a prior appointment, but I was only waiting for less than 5 minutes. You all did a fantastic job!
