Lucky's Steakhouse - Okemos

The restaurant has a lively sports bar vibe and offers decent meals. The fish and chips were hit or miss; some pieces were well-prepared while others were somewhat mushy. The shrimp scampi was served late and was missing the noodles. Lach’s New Orleans dish was tasty, though it did have some broken shells. The crab-stuffed salmon was excellent, especially with the delicious lobster sauce. The garlic bread was great as well. The hand-battered coconut shrimp was delightful, and the stuffed mushrooms were a treat. Our waitress was hardworking, efficiently managing drinks and food while also refilling our water and cleaning the table. We were seated right in front of the hostess stand, where there were four hosts who remained for two hours but seemed to neglect the tables and bathrooms that could have used some attention.

We started with stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer, which were generously filled with a crab-like stuffing. Both of us ordered medium-rare steaks (different cuts), but they arrived more on the well-done side. We decided to take the leftovers home to my grandma, who loves a good steak, and she really enjoyed it! The top sirloin must be what everyone raves about because it was amazing and large enough to serve two. We couldn't stop talking about how perfectly the steak was cooked, and we are definitely planning to return for the incredible value. I'm sure I'll be back for that medium-rare top sirloin!

I could smell the grill from my hotel and knew I had to check it out. I was not disappointed! The service was excellent, and the prices at this steakhouse were very reasonable. I ordered the NY Strip and was impressed by the extensive menu options. Soup or salad came with the meal, and I enjoyed a large beer, all for under $30. I'm really glad I chose Lucky for dinner.

We like to come to Happy Hour. The prices are great, but the food is even better. We'll get three before it's really busy. We love to sit in the outdoor terrace because of Kovid. The cosmopolitans are very good. We really enjoy the flat breath of pizzas. We love the bread here too. That's the best! The waiters are always friendly.

The menu is actually pretty amazing. You can order steak and seafood. We also ordered crabcakes and they were delicious. A little salty but they were still delicious. Our service was absolutely amazing. My guest loved it.
