Kfc - Okeechobee

They had no chicken that we wanted just legs. People ordering and not one employee told the customers all the had was legs. No mac and chesse. Wanted 20 minutes for a sandwich. Will not go there again employee was very rude to the customers including me . If there is a nother place ti get chicken thats where im going.

Food was great, had to wait on chicken as they weren't paying attention and cooking as needed.

Eating is good, but bad customer service. Apart from my total, the dame at the car-duration window has told me nothing and has spoken to the personal all the time. What makes it worse is that I think it was a manager. a simple hi as they have a good day, any kind of recognition would be sufficient.

I ordered a bowl online. when I got the order, there were no serviettes, plastic goods or a threat. I thought that would be crazy if they forgot a thing, but when someone who worked in almost food, it just seems like pure lazy. definitiw from the city to order next time.

Went and got the guys a bucket for lunch. The girl was awesome, gave me plates and napkins for the guys. They loved the food.
