Drive-thru lines are extremely long and frustrating especially during the heat I recommend them getting a little faster with that the man that works there have facial hair and a very rude clothing looks extremely dirty other than that the food is great

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! will definitely not be back to this place. the cash was rude, chicken strips were old as well as the fries and the fries were soggy and taste like oily garnel. my son could not even eat his fries due to a shellfish allergy. Personally, I don't think they should be all in the same fat, out of this specific reason, and about it, let's honestly here, who in their right mind wants to french, who tastes like garnel?! especially old fat and soggys.

Only 1star because of the inconsistencies over the past two years of visiting.gets better for awhile but then descends into total chaos.on two occasions recently I have waited over 30 minutes for my order only to find that they never placed it to the kitchen.new folks here working on every visit.but with 5-7 people here I can 't for the life of me understand how they can not get it together.wouldn 't come here except my young grandkids like the ice cream.only bright spot is an older lady running around putting out fires .i assume she is the owner trying to salvage her investment that is currently going to the dogs.would not recommend to anyone.

Don't reply with a script! This Restaurant doesn't meet DQ standards. If you can't make a dipped cone in less than five minutes...shut down, then train your staff until they can! There should NEVER be four orders waiting for more than 18 minutes at the same time. Maybe if you hired someone other than Riley (who doesn't care), your rating wouldn't be a two on YELP!
