Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Okawville

Ordered a cookie dough blizzard and a hot fudge sundae. The sundae was half melted. The blizzard had maybe 10 pieces of cookie dough in it and was melted so bad it dripped all down my hand and dress. Was told they were out of napkins and didn't offer a paper towel off the roll that was on the counter. Probably one if the worst restaurant experience we have ever had.

Tried the new fries and rings chicken basket. Everything was good.

I love this dairy Queen customer services off the charts the food is always amazing and hot except for the ice cream of course but that's delicious My only thing is it's extremely expensive for four people I paid over $50 but if you have the money and you have the time it's a good place to hang out and just get a break

Stopped in for a burger on the way home. They were pretty quick to get us our food, everything was good and they were courteous, good job!

We waited in line at the drive through for a long time and our blizzard and sundae were melted. After requesting fresh they remade the sundae but the blizzard was returned and appeared the same. There was no way they could have made a fresh one that fast. It was half melted.
