Starbucks - OKATIE

Mobile only order...yeah, no. Take my order at the counter like every other Starbucks on the planet.

This is the best run, most reliable Starbucks around here. I can even get there my golf cart. They can handle most customer surges with little delay.

Drive through is slow, they get your order wrong constantly, lobby is never open. Ownership is a joke. Get new owners for this joke of a franchise. Horrible service! I mean horrible.

It was nice and easy. Not much of a waiting considering it was busy… the staff knows what they are doing!!!!

Great food/drinks. Horrible customer service at drive thru. I assumed the cashier was new and attempted patience as there was no outlet to leave so the taking of the order after each car received their order was different. Nothing was in stock, literally but not a problem. The issue arose when the woman (seemed to be someone different/older than the person taking the order)at the window had an attitude while receiving our payment transaction and opted to walk away telling another lady to take the window after asking did we want to leave a tip. ??? I’m thinking Ma’am nothing we ordered was in stock, and you’re rude af. The lady that replaced her was kind and apologized as she saw the behavior of the previous cashier. Later to realize I was double charged then charged incorrectly (charged for larger drinks than received). I highly doubt it but if ever in the area I wouldn’t patronize.
