So I used to love coming to FreeBird. As of lately though, the feeling of judgement fairly rude when getting my usual Especially when you dont have enough money to tip because the prices are 6.00 for a coffee. (Caramel latte Insane!! Used to be super awesome place to go but with the attitude I'll just take my business else where.

Their drinks are good and most of the time the girls are really friendly , the review here about always getting charged different prices for the same item is true. My only complaint here is that thru out the years and there are many I have never seen any Hispanic girls working here , besides one who had dyed blond hair and color contacts. I know as a fact that many Hispanic girls from our community have applied thru out the years and never given a chance or even a call for an interview . If you are a regular there you will notice they have one type of girl only and if you don’t fit in I guess the owner doesn’t even bother with you . These young girls looking for jobs are your loyal customers , you are good with taking their money for your business but won’t even give them a chance for employment which is really a shame .

I have been coming here for years. Friendly staff, great quality drinks. I enjoy the breakfast items as well. Kiddos love the whipped cream and sprinkles on their drinks. They also have pup treats. The specials are always posted which is convenient when I want to switch it up and try something new. They have a location in the IGA, the drive thru, and i believe they will start or have started doing off site events. The drive thru opens early and the baristas are super efficient! They also offer gift cards which are perfect for friends/family/coworkers.As a busy, working mom, I really appreciate the online ordering app. So many espresso places use it which makes it convenient when traveling. These girls are amazing! They made me THE BEST iced vanilla latte I've ever had. AND they're always so gracious when I ask if they can fill my huge thermos with ice!!
