Very little food... I had to ask for a double portion of bread and I was still hungry

Making the Portuguese way we went to eat at this restaurant. The food is good, everything was good. They offered us shelter for the night. As we had received good attention from the waiters during the meal, we did not hesitate to accept the offer to spend the night in the hostel; but when we went it was all dirty. One of the beds (Box spring) was broken. They changed the mattress for a tapestry with legs, which was disgusting to look at, in the garbage can I have seen them cleaner. The bathroom was flooded after showering, with danger of slipping and falling. We detected a possible bedbug on the floor. We attach a photo of the sofa and the insect. After complaining about the situation to the owners, they offer us a room in the hotel they run. The condition of the room compared to the hostel improved; but as a hotel it also leaves a lot to be desired. Very old, one of the beds moved like a ship.
