Absolutely terrible experience with this company and bad service at the Christie's beach store. Yankee's was running a promotion for 2 for 1 plant based burgers, which they posted about on their social media. I asked them how long the promotion was running but they didn't respond (but did respond to others commenting on the post). On the Saturday after the promotion was advertised I attended the Christie's beach store with my partner. We asked the server about the promotion which they knew nothing about, then showed them the post and after some convincing they contacted their manager to find out about it. We were informed that the promotion was indeed still valid but were told we would need to pay extra for vegan buns and cheese, even though the menu has those items included in the price. As it was an additional $4 per burger it completely negated the value of the promotion and we decided not to purchase anything. I then contacted the company through their Facebook page and was told the promotion was valid until Monday and I should have been able to redeem a complete 2 for 1 deal. They also said they would get back to me with an explanation. It has now been 2 weeks and I have not received any further explanation, even after messaging the page a further 2 times. As I had left the store I did not utilise the promotion before the following Monday and have yet to try this burger bar, but honestly with the all round non existent customer service I will not be returning.

My partner and I got dinner here a week ago. Absolutely sensational, delicious food, great service. We got the double bbq burger, and chicken wrap, jalapeños poppers, and mozzarella sticks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this burger joint, puts Fudds to shame!!! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
