Sazio is a great place to eat food was amzing service was at a very high standard . They made us ver welcome and food was just like my mums cooling. Definitely going back. Joe

I visited this restaurant with my family, consisting of seven people. While the prices were reasonable, the service was extremely slow. The most frustrating aspect was that our meals were served two at a time. When an elderly family member expressed her disappointment, the staff responded that they were a small cafe and that since everyone ordered different dishes, it was challenging for them to manage with their limited kitchen space, even mentioning that they had only six burners. However, the signage inside and outside clearly labeled it as a restaurant, and the menu was quite extensive for a cafe. It seems inconsistent to advertise one thing and operate another, particularly when addressed directly. Overall, we found the experience very disappointing and will not be returning or recommending it to others.

Restaurant prices with café service. We waited an hour and a half for our food with a group reservation. The dishes didn’t come out at the same time, and when we inquired about the missing meals, we were told they were on their way. At the end of the meal, a waitress approached us to address our concerns about the poor service. Rather than apologizing for the issues, she criticized us for our comments and claimed they couldn't accommodate large groups because they are a café, not a restaurant. This is confusing, especially with the two large signs labeling the establishment as "Sazio Italian Restaurant." If you truly operate as a café, you might consider updating your advertising so that patrons can expect café-level service. In short, save yourself the trouble and drive a little further for better service and a quality meal at a real restaurant.

I absolutely adore this lovely restaurant! The service is fantastic, and the food is exquisite. I also appreciate that it's conveniently located just around the corner, allowing me to treat my taste buds whenever I want!
