Rovali's Italiano - Ogden

My wife and I have eaten everywhere in various high-end restaurants, along with mom and pops throughout the country. Honestly, we love our food, it's one of our last times to find the best places in Utah. If I say it If you get EVER the opportunity to get the family in Rovali on Historic 25th Street in Ogden, Utah, you should. Maybe you want to take the ride, even from Salt Lake City! We were lucky and stumbled over this wonderful restaurant on our way back to Salt Lake City from buying lottery tickets. Food, desserts, area and ambience are from this world! The owner Alex and the staff are also lovely, can not wait to see what we get next time on the menu! Our meals: spaghetti made with house Meatsauce / and a huge meatball covered with grated Myzithra cheese side salad made with house Caesar Dressing garlic cheese bread house made Pesto Chicken fatuccine covered in grated Parmesan side salad made with house Blue cheese dressing desserts to die for: Italian cheese honey cake cake cake cake cake This whole area/ neighborhood and above lets me move into the emerging and upcoming Ogden area. Absolutely wonderful experience. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and were immediately greeted and brought to a table where our waiter arrived immediately to take our orders. We've never been here, so we wanted to try something of everything! We have an appetizer, 3 desserts, two entrees and drinks for under $60. We were also served all our foods in less than 20 minutes. When we eat, we were addressed by Alex who was as sweet as our desserts and welcomed us back as one of the family. Rarely, I am forced to leave an evaluation for a restaurant [good or bad], but that was just too great to leave unheard. I would highly recommend the Tiramisu and the Banane Brownie.

This place never disappoints! The Lasagne is amazing! The roles are to die! Don't forget Dessert! The chocolate cake. Had a lavender Martini too! The staff is very friendly and do not forget to say hello to the owner Alex. He's so nice!

Order done and was happy surprised how fast my order was ready. No exaggeration when I say my order was done in ten minutes! It was also some of the best spaghetti I had in Ogden. Recommend this place to anyone looking for great Italian food.
