Laan Thai - Ogden

We were seated at a table and given water, but no menus. We were then ignored for the next 30 minutes while people who arrived after us were seated and had their orders taken. Despite trying to get the waiter's attention, we were continually ignored. After waiting for well over 30 minutes, we decided to leave. This was probably the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.

The orders are consistently incorrect and items are frequently missing. It is frustrating because I tip online in advance, even though a tip is not deserved due to the terrible service.

This was my second time ordering takeout from this restaurant, and the food is full of flavor and very delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone in search of Thai cuisine.

We used to love this place. The last few times we have come have been awful. The service, wait times, food quality, and especially the employees attitudes are terrible. It’s as if they just don’t want you to eat there, and are hoping that the wait time and food discourage you from coming back. I’m not sure what happened, but do not trust the high ratings because this place is not the same as it used to be.

Good place to eat, I usually eat the sweet and sour pad and or the chicken noodles. I go about every week or every other week. Lots of veggies involved in their foods, yumm.
