Jimmy John's - Ogden

I'm giving this place two stars, mainly due to the helpful waitress. I've been vegetarian for 30 years and ordered the same veggie sandwich.

The customer service was good, and my food was prepared quickly. However, I felt somewhat uneasy about how an older employee or possibly the owner interacted with a younger staff member. He was impatient and openly expressed his dissatisfaction while the younger employee was responding to a question. The younger employee wasn’t rude; he simply wasn’t as quick to act as the older employee expected. It was concerning to see how negatively that interaction unfolded. As for vegetarian options, they offered a cheese sandwich on sliced wheat bread.

I read some reviews that made me hesitant because they weren't very positive. I decided to give it another try and called to place an order, but the girl on the phone couldn't find my previous order and sounded like she had better things to do. It left me feeling disappointed, so I just hung up. I felt unwelcome, so I chose to keep my money.

The first time at every jimmy john. had a great experience. I might have missed the busy lunch. I think the owner took my order. he seemed like the owner. he made a great suggestion for the truthahn sub . it was very good. I didn't know you could come out for your own bag to take her home. I should have said it should go. the employee I asked has just pointed to the stack of bags. clean them indoor parking is tight, but they can park in food stores parking. great part! thank you!

Great food and service, as always at Jimmy John's. Took longer than any Jimmy John's we've been to but I'm sure they're just short-staffed like many other food establishment's. Not freaky fast but still fast food. Give me a like if this review was helpful.
