Domino's Pizza - Ogden

Update from 1 year ago I went for car side delivery. They never brought it out but marked they did. Tried going back today even though I know better. Did the same trick never brought my pizza out but said they did. This time I ordered Hawaiian and they gave me a nothing but pineapple pizza. Guess that's what I get for thinking pineapple goes on pizza. Lmao. When I asked for a replacement they gave me a pizza with peppers, bacon, and pineapple. Still no ham. This store is a joke. Don't go to this store.

Domino's is usually my fave go-to quick pizza spot but they've been slacking lately. Just doesn't taste as good. The cinnamon bread was made so SMALL and over cooked. Like they were using the last batch of the dough or something.

Ordered delivery at 2:50 pm and called at 4 pm when the update still showed as Quality Assurance Check . First they couldn 't find my order and once they found my order they stated they were low on drivers as they only had one today and mine should be out for delivery soon. I can understand that but you could text/email/call me about an update. I told them I would come and get it. I got there and there were two drivers walking in and my food was the only food there. Once I got my food home it was cold and needed to be reheated in the oven. I think my order was forgotten. All I am asking is that communication be better and if you know my food has been sitting there for over an hour, maybe remake it so it is hot.

My wife and me always ordered from here but this last time there was a mistake on our order so we called them and this snarky lady who said she was the GM was giving us attitude and insinuated we were lying and the system does not get orders wrong, the way she talked to my wife Infuriated me, it really sadden us, the only workers I will give 5 stars to is the guy who delivered our pizza and workers in the past, the last few months the quality been going down
