This place is rubbish. I arrived at breakfast and waited 20 minutes. No one came up to my table. They looked at me and didn't come. There is a blonde girl who is a disgusting person. She has a horrible attitude. I won't go back to that place. I don't recommend it either. And even less to Latin people Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Overall: *Time management sucks there *Alicia puts the wait in waitress (she was awful and immature) Story: Went for a pick up and had to wait 50 minutes. After inquiring where the food was... I got told the basic its coming so i asked for more details related to time. She could have warned me of the time it would take as i could have just cancelled and went somewhere else. I value my time. She blamed ignorance and walked away half-way through our conversation, so great customers service there. I was already frustrated but she didnt even have the maturity to talk/communicate. She immediately thought I blamed her and got her manager to handle her problem. I know the waitress can 't control when the food comes out I just wanted better communication. I Finally get the food and could tell it had just been sitting out as it wasn 't hot anymore. Terrible experience.

Ali went above and beyond to make the breakfast as fantastic as it gets with the Creps breakfast! I've been serving food before and I appreciate when I see someone who's trying their best to be on customers favor as much as possible! When a server gives you advice acording to what you've ordered, that means they understand their menu 100% I appreciate your smile and kindness! I will be back again soon! Food: 5
