Costa Vida - Ogden

So much fun! We were a group of 5 and had so much fun! The difference in skills from the beginning of the hour compared to the end was crazy so much improvement! Our teacher Xandon is the manager's son and grew up here. He was great! He was helpful and patient with the children and smiled all the time!

Food was brilliant and delicious even the strawberry limonade was very good, my favorite was the grilled chicken nachos. I will come back

I usually get a good service. There were times when they were made of items like tortillas, enchilada sauce, etc. The service is usually friendly and they are fast when eating. Today (3/14/22) I went to the counter and the older workers just went away, rose to their phone, came back, went away, saw a line and basically ignored people. I've been there for years, and that was a first one for me. The younger workers are always above everything and always have good service and manners. I recommend it. More often than not the service is good and I have always enjoyed the food.

So the basics, food was good (Have the grilled steak burrito with red enchilada sauce that was at the point), service was fast and the staff was friendly enough. The atmosphere here is very interesting as it introduces the indoor surfing device.

A review should be to better the restaurant not just to complain. I love Costa Vida. This place has the potential to be an easy 5 star. Maybe it was just an off night. They didn't have chips for nachos. They were not very pleasant when telling me so. They had no pep in their step even though they had a decent line forming. The tortilla was a little doughy, the lettuce was very wet, and the black beans were swimming in juice. Just a little more care would have made this a much better experience.
