Chili's Grill - Ogden

This place has gone downhill of late. About a quarter of the chips were under cooked, the chicken crispers looked like they'd cut one normal crisper into four, salad was forgotten until asked for (after main food arrived), and slow service overall. Whatthere was was flavorful and fresh, but... Issues.

I love chili's food but the service wasn't very good. We waited 45 minutes to get seated because we had a group of 8. There wasn't a line or anything they was waiting for another group of 8 to leave. They was letting groups of 4 go before us eventhough we had gotten there well before any of the other groups. Then it took about an hour to get our food. The food was goodbut by the time we ate we weren't hungry anymore. I feel like this was a fluke thing and don't want to leave a bad review but itwas a little ridiculous how they was running the restaurant that day.

I had a terrible experience with a takeout order tonight. We started with two lemonades—one strawberry and one plain—but both had a strange, chemical taste, which was quite concerning. We also encountered the same issue with a piece of cheesecake, forcing us to throw everything away. The boneless wings tasted no better than microwaved leftovers. I paid extra for a side Caesar salad but received a pre-made salad, likely two days old, with brown, wilted lettuce and soft, soggy croutons. The fries were cold and soggy as well. I paid for extra sauces but didn’t receive any. Overall, I am really worried about health safety, especially since my toddler took a few bites of this dreadful meal, and I'm also pregnant. It was a huge waste of money, and I definitely won't be eating here again.

On August 6, 2022, at 11 a.m., I would like to extend a huge thank you to Manager Cesar for taking my call at 10:30 a.m. regarding a special order for a young boy whose wishes are coming true through Make-A-Wish. Cesar ensured that his favorite meal was hot and ready by opening time! You truly made his day and allowed my boys to share a precious moment with their friend, which was much needed and filled with joy! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness and compassion. You truly make the Chili's location in Riverdale the best place to visit!

We ordered a chicken ranch bacon quesadilla and a steak quesadilla, as well as a big mouth bacon ranch burger. Everything was excellent!
