Chilli 'n' Chive - Officer

Dined at Chili and Chive for a quick meal before an appointment. Restaurant empty, but they looked and Aaaahed, if we could get a place. Ordered Ducks Crepes and Curry Puffs, who came out in about 20 minutes, our lemon Limette and...Bitter took even longer. We had to go before our main thing as they took so long and asked to take them away. Honestly, the employees here don't know what they're doing. The crepes had about 1 piece of dry duck and it was heated in a sandwich press. I'm trying to get our disappointment, it was like a scene of wretched towers. To be too fair, the pad see that we finally got at home and ate was ok, but I doubt that we will be back.

We were now at Chilli ’n’ Chive a few times and always the same where we sit, but sometimes have to wait up to 20 to 25 minutes before someone comes back to ask if we want a drink or order food. Once the food and drink are ordered, the meal does not appear for another half hour sometimes more. I am not sure why the management does not inform their employees to properly wait the tables and check for the customer whether they need another drink or two, as they can earn additional money there. We have never been asked if we would like to drink after the completion of the ones we received. If the meal is served, this is the last you see from the waiting staff until you go and then you can wait some time at the switch to pay. The waiting staff will rather wipe off the tables and the chit chat instead of coming to take your order, and there is never anyone who wants the table to have to wipe this minute clearly. They were never so busy that we could understand why we had to wait because there is never a reason we wait so long. We love the food, and that's why we went down three times, but we'll give it up again and again, and the next time I'm afraid we have to tell the staff something. They could earn so much more money if they were properly trained in the art of serving their customers.

We enjoyed a fantastic evening at this restaurant with a group of 11 people. The pancakes, fish cakes, and green curry were all delicious and of great value. The decor was very popular and well done. Highly recommended for a great dining experience.

I always enjoy dining at this restaurant. The prices are great and the staff is always lovely. The owner, a beautiful lady, adds to the charm of the place. My favorite dish is the green chicken curry.

Good food, soups and stir frys. A basic Thai, they also do tapas. Doesn't disappoint , doesn't excite. I have tried the soups and for me they are the highlight.
