St Louis Kolache - O'Fallon

Food is good but service was bad, I think the girl at the counter must be having a bad day and has decided to be super unhelpful. I felt rushed and like I was bothering her.

They close at 2 and the really good kolache were all gone! Get there when they open or order ahead!

I had nothing but good things to say about this location until I picked up my order.I had placed my online order 5 days prior to pick-up and had received a confirmation email.I had called to add on to my order only to find out they had never received an order for 30 kolache’s.After speaking with Jessica the manager, which was very helpful, she ended up getting things straightened out and it ended up being something with the website.When picking up my order the man with pink hair at the front pushed my order towards me with no words. I asked him a question about hours and his reply was “yep”.Completely unprofessional, and there was no reason to be rude or bitter, as this was a simple mistake.I made sure to tell this young man happy new year and I meant it. Still no reply..(all playing out in front of customers).PEOPLE, please be nice to one another.AGAIN, we have no idea what the person standing next to us may be going through and being polite is so simple.This is your job, try and be professional.

Spinach artichoke was my favorite. Hot salami was loaded up. Nate says this is good enough

Food is ridiculously good and ready quick. I have been twice for pick up orders and never had to wait for them to finishing packing it. The team is kind as well.
