Jack in the Box - O'Fallon

This Jack in the Box was open at 7pm, some I've been to past 5pm were closed. The employees inside seemed to care about service and my order. The food was good. Although the fries weren't the best.

Did the drive thru today for lunch and had a chance to talk to the manager. Very nice and professional lady. She really cares about her employees. She manages several stores and talked very highly about her people. I will drive out of my way to give that location my business.

The most unreliable Jack in Box I?ve ever been. Always closed outside the posted hours. Always take 10 minutes for everyone to take your order. I really don't understand how this location is still in business.

The burger was brooded along the edges and was cold not even warm, but only driving thru is open so that you can not walk and complain and not sitting again it was terrible
