Just....wow. Like amazingly wow. Definitely reminds me of Hattie B's or other southern-style hot chicken joints. I got the level 2 chicken and waffles and the 3pc strips were so much meat that I only sampled a waffle and didn't tap into the clowslaw when dining in. The breading is seasoned robustly and level 2, IMO, wasn't hot enough. The waffle was a melt-in-your-mouth home made waffle with a dash of some granular sugar crystals.
