The place is really beautiful, cozy and comfortable rooms, impeccable cleanliness, however, as for the room, we have three issues to highlight for improvement: 1 The towels are quite rough, exfoliation is guaranteed with each use; 2 They didn't put complimentary soap or shampoo in the bathroom, I don't know if they forgot or if they really don't provide it, we had to keep getting the soap we took from the shower stall to the bathroom sink whenever we needed to wash our hands in the sink. 3 The faucet that distributes hot and cold water was leaking. We were not offered help with our bags as we stayed on the top floor. The restaurant service does not take food to the rooms, if you want water or any other type of product from the restaurant, you have to go down and get it; Payment for everything consumed in the restaurant must be paid immediately, they do not include it in the expense to be paid when booking the stay. At Sesc de Guaranhuns everything was completely different regarding help with luggage and restaurant service. Reinforcing despite these issues, it is very worthwhile to stay there, in the midst of nature, peace, excellent pools, wonderful food, super large parking, security when accessing the complex.

Good afternoon, It was four wonderful days that my girlfriend and I spent staying, enjoying all the comfort and tranquility that the hotel provided us. As a highlight, the spa with two huge pools and a gigantic wet slide. I appreciate all the attention given to us by both the reservations department and the hospitality of the receptionists.
