For example, if you order the Schnitzel Wiener Kunst, you can hear from the kitchen (which is open by the way) how the meat is first beaten in a flat plate. Then break, probably for the panade and then how the carving in the pan sinks and roasts. So nix with prepared carvings, which are absorbed in the frit in oil, but tasty and as it should be, are roasted in the pan. And the potato salad... a poem and safe homemade. Absolute recommendation if you want to eat good-bourgeois!
