Sonic Drive-in - Odessa

The restaurant has serious issues with cleanliness and management. It seems that they don't follow basic food safety practices, as I've encountered hair in my food and noticed that the staff doesn't wear gloves while cooking. The lemonade machine is poorly maintained, and the ice cream machine is not functioning properly, serving milk instead of ice cream. The management is ineffective and seems to mismanage their staff, leading to a toxic work environment. Overall, I cannot recommend this place at all; there are much better options out there.

The broiler was out of service, so we decided to try the "jumbo popcorn chicken." Unfortunately, it was mostly sauce with just a few small pieces of chicken. On a positive note, our carhop was fantastic—very friendly and left with a tip from us. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.

The food was excellent, and the service was quick and friendly. The app is also very convenient to use. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

I was the only car there ordered two small burgers and it took 8 minutes to even answer, the speaker took another 11 minutes to bring my order and then my burgers were grounded. Andrews Hwy has terrible serviceFood: 1/5

Have to give 4 stars because most of the stalls where broken but service was AMAZING and Mariah was so attentive and apologetic about the stalls. Definitely needs lots of repairs but the drinks came out amazing and was super fast
