Schlotzsky's - Odessa

Ordnete medium original sandwich without onions and without salad. Lady repeated it to me. Drove the 2 hours at home to realize that it had covered salads and onions in my Mayo that made the whole sandwich soggy and taste like onions. The other toppings were so small and barely cheese or olives. The cost of the sandwich is not worth it. Very disappointing.

Takes too long for lunch ... 35 min of my hour sitting in drive thru line and line was not that long. Tea was not full of ice as requested.

The price of $37 for two sandwiches and two cinnamon rolls seems reasonable, but it’s disappointing when the cinnamon rolls are burnt and one of the sandwiches isn’t what I ordered. I think I’ll be sticking with Firehouse Subs from now on.

3-26-22: I ordered the Bacon Smoked Cheesy Sandwich, with the BBQ chips and a sweet tea to drink. All items were excellent and the Sandwich was hot and fresh.
