Pizza Hut - Odessa

Wow. I walked in and nobody acknowledged me for a solid 10 minutes. Eventually, I just decided to leave. The staff here really don't seem to care. I even saw one of the workers in the kitchen with his phone pressed against his shoulder while he was preparing pizza ingredients. This happened exactly at 12:20 PM on Sunday, November 6th.

I had the worst service ever at this restaurant. It took 1 hour and 50 minutes to receive our order after we were told it would take just 35 minutes. The person on the phone was very rude. I will never order from here again. I'm very disappointed.

I recall the second reason why I no longer want to dine at Pizza Hut. I spent almost two hours on the phone trying to reach the highway location to first resolve an issue with my order and then to cancel it. Unfortunately, I either got disconnected or they would answer just to put me on hold without responding. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I feel sorry for the child my mother-in-law had to lie to due to the manager and staff's failure to answer the phone.

Truly disappointed on the quality of pizzas recently from this Pizza Hut. Delivery late plus cold pizzas thinking a free pizza coupon makes it better. Set it up Pizza Hut!!!

Pizza I ordered wasn't fresh it was old. Like they gave me a cancelation from a couple of hours ago.
