Lorenzo's Pizza - Odessa

Order for cheese steak pizza, cheese pizza antipasto salat (card) the bill did not match with the menu price, and when I asked, he gave me the voucher that said I never asked (I asked), but when I added everything to foot to the car, it was still 2$ over menu price. I just went home, didn't argue. will find a fair and honest pizza shop otherwise. for future reference if they offer a voucher on their menu and a customer qualified for them give them the voucher deal, it is called to gracious for their customers and will likely cause future stores, play a he said / they said game about a credit is simply stupid. this was a customer(former) collection, no delivery was involved.

The poorerlorenzo’s in middletown dei just ordered 4 Italian subs of lorenzo’s in middletown with the works, so I thought only to open and find that it had only meat and would not be able to buy salad tomatoes..etc...hmmm? when I recall to ask, she gave me the running around when the orders check before the delivery person leaves. I told the owner politely that he lost my business. You never have me again this time.

Waited an hour for cold pizza, then the manager had a job problem when we asked for a refund we have loyal customers for over 10 years no more new owners or owners have ruined this place.

Always good eating, much at the price and so far the delivery rubers were always good
