Would've given it five stars but don't go there often. My first visit there was amazing and love the decor.

Have always loved their shrimp coctails. Speedy service.

Can we just stop and appreciate that they took the time and effort to make takeout plates as nice as the restaurant? P. S. It tastes even better than it looks!

UPDATE. This place recently sold. I visited twice since the new owners took over, and I am disappointed with the change in service and quality. Downgraded from 5 stars to 3 stars. It 's just not the same place. There are too many choices in Odessa for quality Mexican food to put up with mediocre.This is THE best Mexican restaurant in Odessa. The location and the decor are nothing fancy... but the food can 't be beat. The owner Christina is often the cook. When she 's cooking, you know it 's going to be great. The waiter, Manuel, has an awesome personality. He is super attentive to his customers. He 's always joking and laughing with the customers. I have been a customer for over six years now. If I want to take a guest for some authentic Mexican food... this is the ONLY place in town I 'll take them. Their house specialty is crack tacos. I 'm not kidding you. These things are absolutely delicious. It 's got steak meat, chorizo (Mexican sausage) and bacon, with cheese, cilantro, and avocado. I guarantee you if you try this dish you 'll be back.
