El Taco Tako - Odessa

This is my go-to spot for Mexican fast food—it's a lifesaver for a single guy like me. For the past two years, I've been enjoying their meat burrito with cheese and two deluxe tacos on a weekly basis, and it has truly satisfied my appetite. The salsa is as spicy as my grandmother when she was mad at my grandfather! The food is really delicious and reasonably priced. This place has been around since at least the early '80s, and back then, they even sponsored Little League teams. The owners are great people. You absolutely have to try the deluxe tacos; I promise you won't be disappointed!

I've been visiting this place since I was a child, and I still love it!

Today, I ordered beef fajita burritos with nacho cheese, and I found the fajitas to be extremely salty—so much so that they were inedible. This isn't the first time I've encountered overly salty fajitas here.

I don't know why they can't ever separate the guacamole from the rest of the plate. One is paying $10 for some nachos why can't I get it the way I want it. Everytime they do this in sticking with the people across the street from now on.

Cash only, Hood Mexican Restaurant. Been coming here since the early 2000 and it's still so good.
