Casa Olé - Odessa

4/25/2021 I had lunch today and everything was absolutely amazing. I had the el paso plate and it was hot and fresh. Also the chips and Queso and the salsa were fantastic. I had the fried donuts for dessert and it was also amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It's okay for a quick food Mexican food I mean, it seems as if it were processed within a minute and nothing is really fresh, except perhaps the beans and rice. I mean, I go there every year, no matter what, because I'm celebrating my daughter's birthday, who died there every year because she liked it every year.

We met a few for dinner there. Many chips salsa, we added great queso to start. While the other Mexican food plates ordered, I got the boiled chicken sandwiches. I drank two margaritas. The sandwich was so good and drinks were perfect. Our server was very attentive and friendly.

Honestly, the food wasn't bad. My main complaint is that the drinks were coarse. I ordered water for my son not to know it was city water. I ordered sweet tea that was also made with city water. It ruined the whole experience. I haven't eaten there for years, but I remember it's much better. Tortillas were really hard on Enchiladas

I wish I could rate this place higher than just two stars, our waiter was enough to give this place a 5, but the food was just awful. I get Tamales from every Mexican restaurant I go to, and these were the worst by far. We had also asked for a small side of guacamole, and what we got was three of the smallest scoops of guac ever, in a dish that was meant for a fajita side, with a bunch of diced tomato and lettuce for filler to make it look bigger. It cost $7.70 just for some tiny side, accompanied by one of the most over seasoned meals I've ever had. The waiters need to get out of there, cause I'm certainly not coming back.
