B J's Drive-in - Odessa

I won't be spending my money at this place again. The customer service was very rude.

The only reason I'm giving this place one star is because I can't go any lower. I strongly advise against eating here! The service is awful, and they don’t accept card payments after 7:30 or 8, which is really inconvenient. The staff is rude when you ask questions, and there isn’t a menu available at the drive-thru. It's extremely overpriced, so I recommend driving past this place.

The owner's wife seems to be the reason this restaurant is struggling. She has a poor attitude, which leads to difficulties in retaining both employees and loyal customers. It's disheartening to witness this, especially since the community came together to support the restaurant during the COVID crisis. I hope the owner takes this seriously if he wants to avoid another closure of his business.

WHAT A DUMP! BOYCOTT THIS PLACE, THEN MAYBE THEY'LL REMEMBER EXACT WHERE TF THEIR MONEY TO STAY OPEN COMES FROM.

The woman who took our order was rude and lacked knowledge. When I told her my order, she just stared at me and said she didn’t understand. My husband had to repeat my order three times before she comprehended it. They should hire someone competent who can understand customers.
