Papa John's Pizza - Odenton

The Philly cheese Steak lacked steak and cheese, see attached picture, this Papa John's will not go back and tell all my friend of the very bad product.

Tried the new Papadia sandwiches today. Meatball and Philly Cheese steak. Love them. Will get again. And love the chocolate chip cookie..

Very slow and and not true to order times as listed on app. I?ve walked in this store a few times only not to be acknowledged. I came to pick and and there?s no tablet to even say hey check in. No one asks me anything, not even eye contact. Have a different pick up area for people just picking up not same line as ordering as this causes a delay. Nothing! The app shows my pizza is ready and when I get there, no pizza has been started. Sometimes, they say they didn?t even get my order. App needs work and store needs a revamp. Not going back as I?ve given this store multiple chances. Pizza was taste was good but not worth the problems.

My family has been customers in this place for decades, but the manager was not only rude and extremely disrespectful, but could not be disturbed to check everything. We had ordered online and by order details, the online order had added the Papa Dough prize money with the ten dollars. Our total discount was $17.61, although on arrival of these managers who claimed that there was an error on the system saying that our total costs were $9.12 for the pizza, we literally had applied our Papa Dough and they further claimed that the special could not be combined. She ended our order and said there was nothing she could say that I don't know, and I can't do anything. the situation has been further exacerbated that they have more interest in their phone than actually take care of customers. The attitude of this manager is not only disgusting, but simply disgusting, we will return NIE when we are treated like that.

This is my first time ordering from this location and it will be my last. The food looks nothing like what they advertise (toppings only come on one side here I guess? and it was cold by the time I got it home (I live 3 mins away . I wish I had checked the food before tipping 18% for carry out... Listen to the other reviews and go elsewhere.
