Goma - Odense

We got the big menu and the food was as a starting point very nice all the way through, and surprisingly large portions. But there were some ups who overshadow the overall impression for us. The table was too small, so there was no room for glass and their dishes. They could not stand at the center when you should share the right. there was no possibility for a bigger table. However, the Tjerns were attentive and removed the dishes with the same they were empty, it also became a little stressful. Cooled wine from two different bottles in the same glass. While we ate one main dish, they came with the next meat dish. One dishonest, Laksetatar, was in a bowl where you should sit with spoon. Not delicious when it all needs to be touched. There came two large portions of dessert at the same time, it also felt like root and that it should go too strong. The food tasted well and the waiters were sweet. But we were not impressed and there are other places in the city that attracts more.

We got 8 dishes a dessert, and everything was simply as good. The operation and mood were also a huge plus! We will definitely come again!

Okay, if I share how amazing this experience was that I even have a few watering in the desert shed, they will be just disappointed, though they could get the same dishes. So I'm not. but that said when they are in odense, that is the place to eat. go in without reading reviews and lowering their expectations, and maybe they will cry

Amazing restaurant with innovative Japanese cuisine. one of these places where they enjoy every bite. large combination of textures and aromes. the menus allow them to try a lot of many small things. simply loved! wonderful staff and fast service.

Goma absolutely mesmerized me! the perfect mix of zen-Asthetik/Ambiance, insightful stellar service and the unforgettable sensational meal at the provocative limit! such a masterful and sometimes groundbreaking use of ingredients by the brilliant cook and the personal! I wish I could say for word the descriptions of our erudite server that let us hang on any silver!
