The food was excellant with large portions. The Nacho na Pedra was a quality piece of steak for table cooking on the hot stone, although the frites were poor. The Lulas na Brasa grilled squid were perfectly cooked although veg were cool. Bottled wine is...over-priced. House-wine is drinkable and better value by the glass than in the jar. Service was slow and laid-back. Like everything in Milfontes overpriced.

Service was much better than some other reviews have complianed about. I went twice in a day (lunch and dinner after a long walk) and both times had the chicken cooked over charcoal which was very tasty and delivered quickly not the best I ever had, but if you know Portuguese towns and their seafood restaurants you know it can be hard to find places offering chicken at all, let alone a top quality Churrasqueira. This was in a square in the centre of the town near the church, it looked authentic and the food was very good, the service excellent and pricing fair.

Right in the pedestrian center of Milfontes. Charcoal grilled chicken and pork. Simple but good for a relaxed bite outside. Excellent algarvian salad as well. Pleasant service as well. If you«re hungry and you see this place, it will do the trick.
