None of the gas pumps work. Completely useless and a waste of time, avoid at all costs.

Walking in to the Denny's restaurant to eat breakfast and the damn lady setting there smoking a cigarette.i looked back by the kitchen area and I seen her smoking. The reason why I didn't eat there is no telling if they're clean people or not no telling how much food she's been handling with her dirty hands.I would tell people watch where you eat at. I can see why the restaurant is empty. Other than that the people at the fuel desk are awesome.

The lady that’s works here comes in when she’s off a let her walk around the store and in Deny’s without a leash on. The dog came up to me while I was standing in Denys waiting on my food and started shaking dog hair around

Elisa is one of the best worker I've ever seen in pilot stores across America. She cleaned the women's bathroom like she'd clean her own. It was very refreshing to see the amount of care she put into it. Glad to know I stopped at a pilot that was very clean. She was very nice and sweet worker. Give her a raise!!! I'll be back to check too lol.

This Pilot Flying J has been our go-to RV stopover for years traveling between NY and Alabama. Always large parking areas for big and small RVs were available. This year there is a new section going in for electric vehicle charging. It wipes out a ton of room to not only park but to try and navigate around it. What used to be a nice clean stop is now very unkempt looking. The Denny’s here looks abandoned, and they were out of almost everything we ordered from drinks to meals. Very sad to see one of our favorite spots in this condition.
