Butchs Steakhouse - Oconomowoc

The steak options are served quickly! The atmosphere is beautiful and romantic, reminiscent of an old-fashioned dinner club. The portion sizes are generous, making it almost impossible to finish your entire meal. While the prices are on the higher side, they are what you would expect for a stylish, upscale dining experience.

I hadn't been to Butch's in about a year, and I wasn't disappointed at all. The service was excellent, thanks to our wonderful waitress, and the food was outstanding! We started with the chicken liver appetizer, which was amazing. I had the salmon with lemon dill sauce, while my date ordered the chicken marsala—both dishes were very good. We also enjoyed the clam chowder as the soup of the day, along with a beautiful side salad. Everything was delicious and well-prepared. It's a shame that Butch's is closed now, as there’s a new restaurant in its place.

The food here is absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is vibrant. If you're in the area, this is definitely the place to eat! I enjoyed a perfectly cooked garlic steak that was extraordinary. Kathy was an excellent server!

I wasn't so sure, but I was pleasantly surprised. Eclectic dinner club with great food. We had steaks with mushrooms. They were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Good prices too.

The food and staff are outstanding. It is the best steak ,seafood restaurant in lake country and surrounding areas at reasonable prices. The chefs are the best around...
