Fogata Street Tacos - Ocoee

Aside from the rock-hard chips, I really enjoyed everything about my first visit here. I liked ordering food on a screen, and when my meal arrived, everything was fantastic. I was very impressed and definitely plan to return.

However, my perception of the place changed after my most recent visit, not because of the food, but due to the rude employee who took my order. This same person assisted me last week, but when I got home, my order was incorrect. I didn’t make a fuss about it or return to complain. During this visit, I made sure to explain exactly what I wanted and checked my order before leaving, only to find that it was wrong again! I approached the counter politely to inform her of the mistake. To my surprise, her co-worker started whispering to her and gave me a dirty look, rolling her eyes. I explained that my order was wrong, but she insisted that she had given me what I wanted. Then she immediately asked if I wanted a refund, which felt like the only solution she had to offer instead of fixing the order. The situation escalated, and after some back-and-forth, I decided to just request my money back and leave. I could hear her making comments as I walked out the door. I refuse to patronize this establishment again as long as this rude employee is working there. They certainly don’t deserve my business if their staff cannot handle problems respectfully.

Right around the corner of us, this Taco shop and more is delicious. everything I've tried on the menu so far was delicious and full of taste. Wife had the Mexican nachos with huh, children shared the quesadilla, and I tried the burrito california with steak with sides of rice and fried beans. nachos are highly stacked with lots of cheese, guacamole and other toppings. the burrito is filled with frits that offers another texture for the inner. hot sauces are legit and classic Mexican salses. order them on the switch or use the kiosk itself. there are not much seats in the interior, so this is weather quota. we went in the evening, but it was hot in the day. the prices are a bit high, but for what they get it is a fairer price. they also have several aqua frescas. I had the hibiscus and it was pretty sweet. I cut it with ice water and it worked out (and took a little longer for my meal). everything is cooked to order, but it does not take long before eating begins to come. it works well for the start, but there is no online order or phone (yes).

The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The service was quick. I tried the birria queso tacos, and they were fantastic. I will definitely return!
