La Perla Tapatia - Oceanside

Delicious, genuine Mexican cuisine. The restaurant can accommodate approximately 40 people inside and has a few outdoor dining spots as well. Overall, the food deserves a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.

When we first moved to Oceanside a few months ago, this restaurant was great. However, something seems to have changed since then. Maybe they have new cooks? The food doesn't taste as good as it used to, especially after March or May. Unfortunately, I would only rate the food a 2 out of 5 now.

This restaurant is the real deal. At first glance from the outside, it may look average, but once you step inside, you realize it's something special. With a bakery, meat counter, and juice bar, you know they mean business when it comes to tacos. The food is delicious, the wait in line is relatively short, and the prices are affordable. Overall, great experience.

Everything on the menu Is delicious!! I usually get Birria and adobada tacos they're so good. I've had chilaquiles, enchiladas, chimichanga, and a Birria burrito Everything was a 10/10 and they cook the food right infront of you!!! Will be going back.Food: 5/5
