El Pollo Loco - Oceanside

The lunch staff here is consistently fantastic, and I've never had any issues with them. However, the night team is disappointing; they often forget my sauces or give me the wrong ones. I've even received food that was almost cold at times. The lunch crew definitely deserves 5 stars!

The service was fantastic! I really enjoyed the chicken. However, I noticed some young staff members.

That's why the salad I ordered was the best!! There is actual salad in it and not filled with salad spins. It was so good that I ordered the tostado to take home for dinner! The shrimps made perfection, only enough to taste it!

I was really impressed with Elizabeth's customer service. It was my first visit to El Pollo Loco, and she was incredibly accommodating. She took the time to explain the menu items and was friendly throughout our interaction. When she wasn’t attending to customers, she was busy cleaning tables and ensuring the restaurant remained tidy.

The customer service was good, The restaurant is neat and clean, We received our food quickly and our order was correct. We tried the birria quesadilla and taco. They were are a hard pass for me.
