TGI FRIDAYS - Rockville Centre

I went to this restaurant to celebrate with my family, and once we were seated, it was a disaster. It was not our server's fault, as the restaurant was short-staffed. I asked for the manager to come over, but she never did. There were only 2 servers and 1 cook for the entire restaurant. My food took over 25 minutes to come out, and my drinks arrived 10 minutes later. My son's food came out 10 minutes after that, but my wife's took a half hour. My food was cold, so I asked for it to be reheated. Overall, it was a horrible experience, but our server was doing the best she could.

Oh my gosh, the service at this restaurant was terrible. The server got our order wrong twice and we had to wait an hour for our food. To top it off, a worker brought a crying baby to work, which was very unprofessional. I would advise staying far away from this place. I strongly recommend avoiding it!

Alana and Tyra were extremely accommodating at the bar. They were attentive, kind, and prompt. We ordered a few drinks and food; our food came out hot and was delicious. Every drink we had was balanced and enjoyable. I had stopped coming to Fridays after a bad experience years back but they changed my mind; I’m looking forward to more nights out at a hometown spot with wonderful service!

Just had lunch at Friday's in RVC. The food was good and the service was better. Alison, our server, was friendly, efficient and anticipated our needs. Brought refills without asking, made suggestions and thanked us for visiting. Excellent server.

Everybody was friendly. sat at the bar and had great Longer Island ice tea and good food. Wasn't served a lot, but then again, that's what I need to lose weight. Lol.
