Big Fish Grill Ocean View

First time in Ocean View location. Very nice atmosphere and very cozy! We had 2 of the $20 three course menu specials, the pecan krusted cod and the fish tacos. Salads are nicely prepared and cooled. The cod was cooked for perfection (black) and the fish sauces were beautiful and light with an excellent spicy side sauce. Portions were big enough that we wounded with enough for another meal and even go dessert! Our server was Jack. He was about the items in the menu, the craft beers and answered all our questions. Service was excellent. I recommend the Big Fish and we will definitely be back!

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with my father last Saturday night! We waited approx. 30-40 minutes on a table, but it was worth it! Our server, Aaron, was probably the best server I ever had! He was so attentive, sweet and helpful! The smoked tuna bath with saltines was delicious! My father got the New York Strip special with garlic potatoes and it was cooked to perfection and as he said, the tender and most tasteful steak he had in years! I have the Lobster Mac and cheese and stuffed Rockfish and it was so good! I had no complaints at all! I had so much left as the portions were huge! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice dinner in a beautiful area!

I had a spinach salad and Ciopinno San Francisco style. Both were amazing, especially my duck. It was the best meal I ever had on the beach, and the best meal I had since my visit to Italy.

Apart from the volume, the menu has some great selection, the service was attentive and efficient. Good selection of beer and wine, which was reasonably priced. Many seats and parking spaces! Too full;never made it dessert. We're going back.

Dined with a group of 7 on Friday night. Got there at prime dinner time and waited about 45 min...place was packed, but that's what you get when you don't make a reservation. Beautiful restaurant with good service. Food was phenomenal. Between us we had calamari app, Chesapeake tortellini, sirloin/shrimp, crab cakes, Scottish salmon, and yes...a hot dog(6yr old) haha. All meals were great. I highly recommend the house risotto and Neve's potatoes as sides.
