Fort Bayou Brewing Company

We ate at Fort Bayou Brewing last night. Each one of us was delighted with our meal. The food was delicious and hot. The service was excellent!

Found this gem because it’s a Harvest Host site! Beer selection lengthy, not only do they offer their brews but they offer other craft brews on tap as well. The mixologist, Stacey also makes great speciality cocktails. Last night was Wine down Wednesday with special offerings. The food offered is great. I recommend the blackened shrimp quesadillas and the dessert special was blueberry crumble bread pudding. Great setting, great food and beer, great people. Keith and his staff were awesome.

Stacie did a wonderful job as our bartender, also helping on the other side of the bar. Food was great. Keith, the owner, was warm and welcoming. Very nice place to hang out with friends for the evening.
