Starbucks - Ocean City

Nice and polite l. Store always clean and drinks made

My family and I visit daily and love the familiar faces of the employees who have become friends. They often have our drinks ready before we have even paid. The seating space is very large yet feels warm and inviting. The core staff works so hard to keep this store moving along even during the hectic summer months when our town is inundated with tourists who often have little patience.

Aside from paying an extra $1 for a small coffee, it was extremely uncomfortable watching the bored young team member obsessively fondle her long hair and then make and serve coffee and food with her unwashed hands.As I'm writing this another young woman I have not seen in the 45 minutes I've been sitting here come out and put her hair in a ponytail, while also wiping her nose with her bare hands and then proceed to work without washing her hands... ?

Never a dull moment..very comfortable, lovely staff, extremely helpful.

Very poor, lackadaisical, unenthusiastic, employee attitudes combined with lack luster and subpar performance.
