Pizza Mambo - Ocean City

The staff is extremely friendly, and the pizzas are fantastic.

The best spot for cheesesteak and pizza in Ocean City! I eat there every day, and it's my favorite place.

The pizza is quite good, featuring a sweeter sauce. I requested basil on one half, but instead received oregano; however, it's not a major issue. Overall, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent!

At that point, I started feeling nauseous again, so I asked them to dispose of the wings and hung up. I was feeling really unwell and even began to cry, which forced me to close my store earlier than usual. I then returned to the restaurant to request a refund for the $13.83 I spent on my lunch since I didn’t want to pay for something that made me ill. To my surprise, I was accused of lying and was denied a refund. They wouldn’t allow me to speak with a manager or provide me with a contact number for follow-up. I genuinely felt mistreated and believe this place does not value its customers at all.

I ordered a Fat Beach, but it arrived lacking many of the ingredients that were supposed to be included. When I reached out to Four Season to discuss the issue, they didn't take responsibility and made me feel like it was my fault, even though it was clearly their mistake. The order was missing steak, mozzarella sticks, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayonnaise. I will not be ordering from them again. Having worked in the restaurant industry for many years, I can’t accept such poor customer service. While mistakes can occur, ignoring them is simply unacceptable.
