Mother's Cantina 78th - Ocean City

This is by far the best Mexican food I have ever tasted. My family went to this restaurant for dinner while on vacation, and we will definitely be returning when we visit again next year. The staff was very friendly, and it was a great experience overall. We will also be ordering their hot sauce to enjoy at home!

We made reservations and were quickly seated at the restaurant. Our group of six was promptly greeted by our server who took our drink orders. The drinks were delicious. Our meal, which included fajitas and burritos, was also excellent. None of us had any leftovers to take home. Although the menu described the fajitas as a large portion, I found the chicken and steak portions to be around 3 ounces each. Overall, our server was attentive and we had a great dining experience.

Do you want to spend all your money on dinner? No? How about just a margarita during happy hour? Sure, that will be $30 and half of the pitcher will be filled with ice. On the bright side, our waiter was friendly.

I?ve heard that the 28th street location was amazing, so I thought I?d try this one. Keep driving folks, it?s not worth it. I?ve been more satisfied about a 7-eleven corn dog than the culinary travesty I was served here tonight. We were seated promptly at a wobbly table, but whatever. It took 10 minutes for the server to take our drink order. My margarita was pathetic. It was basically an undercover lime slushy, where one wedge of lime was used to flavor the ice. It was

Went for dinner tonight around 5. The food was good. Not great but good. The guacamole doesn?t have much flavor other than avocado. Patio is dog friendly and the staff is friendly and nice. Our waiter was great! He checked on us frequently and our food arrived quick and correctly. Check your tab before paying though, gratuity is automatically added to the bill regardless of party size.
