Howards Station Cafe - Occidental

We recently came across Howard's and absolutely adore it. The cuisine and ambiance are fantastic! The Peach Waffle and Primo Potatoes are both delicious. It's a lively, community-oriented spot with a charming local atmosphere. Interestingly, it used to be a train station. The quaint town library is conveniently located nearby.

Howard's Station is a hidden gem in the charming town of Occidental. My visit on a Saturday morning coincided with their opening time. After ordering at the register, we took a seat at a table. The coffee was delicious and the food exceeded our expectations. The service was impressively quick. I highly recommend trying their pastries, especially the delectable chocolate cherry muffin.

If they ask for the quinoa bowl with tofu instead of egg, no goat cheese and soybee, it is vegan! the tofu is so good. they march it, and it's my fave. the tahini sauce with which it comes is already vegan! there are also vegan French toast that is delicious (they add orange ceste.)

Very juicy and cozy. is very busy at the weekend brunch! the personal understands “vegan” and is happy to help with substitutions and recommendations (e.g. no butter on toast.) had a delicious vegan breakfast, with hash brews and avocado. many options for lacto-ovo vegetarier.

In this lively brunch restaurant there are some vegan options in the small, picturesque occidental. I ordered the tofu and brown rice bowl with cale and carrots and like the tahini sauce. but that's for me. there are many vegetarian options, however.
