Wendy's - Ocala

This particular Wendy's experience was disappointing. I usually enjoy Wendy's, but my visit here fell short. I'm not sure if the restaurant is outdated or what the issue is, but it wasn't great. The service was decent, but the loudspeakers weren't functioning properly, making it difficult for the person taking our order to understand us.

I visited this restaurant twice, and both times the food was not fresh. They also didn’t ask if I wanted sauce for my nuggets. Based on the reviews and the attitude of the staff, I think it would be best to close this place down.

The restaurant is extremely clean, but unfortunately, I encountered a significant bug problem. There were ants all over the soda machine, and I even recorded a video of them swarming it. I also noticed black spots in my drink, which was quite off-putting. My experience with customer service was disappointing as my order was messed up three times. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. If there are visible bugs and a broken soda machine, it's concerning to think what else might be hidden behind the counter. Stay away from here at all costs!

Only used journey through. the staff was very polite. the application was hot and correct. but today they had only vanilla frosty’s and girls who put straw and serviettes in the pocket, forgotten to give us spoons.

Haven't even got the food yet but I'm aggravated. I ordered 2 Jr burgers a chili and a potato and it's been 15 minutes. There's none else here. One girl working the counter and another girl sitting talking to friends and ask her if she needed any help and she said no she got this like look I'm all about reasonable but 15 minutes for two sandwiches chili that's already cooked and a potato that has to be heated up. Discouraged
