1. all customer service was great (not better than someone nice to you), second WOW!!! I only visit Houston TX and we know our way around Burritos, so I wanted to see what they had here, first I only saw 1 Burrito's plate on the menu, so I asked how big it was because I was hungry, then the cashier hit a Jumbo something Burrito and I was sure... I had no idea it would be huge and the taste was really good...

Luis great customer service you have dint to give us queso, but you took care and it was very appreciated, small things like what you have done to customer service amazingly... Kendall thanks

5 stars because I feel for the employees. They're clearly short-lived at the moment, so the food is slow. But they do their best to move things and keep them clean. The food was good as always and hot.. I was worried about waiting for it not to be hot, but they didn't fail me!

We love this place. The menu is full of great choices and the choice of hot sauce is definitely a family favorite. The children want to challenge themselves with the hottest sauces almost everywhere. Although our last visit, some of the sauces were missing, they were in the past and the children were not with us this time. The staff here was friendly at every visit and we wish that they would add more of these restaurants in the Marion County area, as we are everywhere in the week and it would be nice to find a TF on the north side of the city. Thanks to the staff that makes our visits quick and pleasant.

This is probably the 3rd time I have ordered from this location. I just have to say the food is always fresh, my order is always correct. Even though I only pick up . The restaurant is super clean and staff is very welcoming and friendly. I feel this starts with the manager. Thank you to the staff for always getting my order correct, food is always tasty and the experience makes this even better! Thank you so so much Ocala staff location!!!!
