Taco Bell - Ocala

I visited the Taco Bell location at 3501 West Silver Feather Blvd in Ocala, Florida, and I had a disappointing experience, especially with an employee named Iris. She was rude and disrespectful, and she refused to honor the current promotion for a free $5 chalupa box. The service I received was very poor, and I would not recommend this restaurant if you're looking for respectful treatment. Iris's conduct was quite unprofessional.

Quick service and delicious food. Ample parking available and easy to get to.

This Taco Bell is the best I've ever been to. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented, and the food looked just like it does in the pictures. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend it!

Great customer service! We accidentally drove off without our second bag. Before we could circle back around to grab it, an employee was running out of the building to chase us down and give it to us! Super nice and helpful employees and our food tasted great. Wish we lived in the area because we?d be there often! ?
